Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Organomation's dedication to customer service and innovative solutions has set them apart in the competitive laboratory equipment market. With an impressive overall customer satisfaction rating of 9.7 out of 10 over a two-year survey period, the company has demonstrated its commitment to fostering long-term relationships built on trust and loyalty.
Innovative Solutions for Improved Workflow
A key highlight of Organomation's submission was their work with Microbac Laboratories, a long-standing customer since the early 2000s. When Microbac expressed concerns about sample throughput and benchtop space limitations, Organomation's team of industry experts recommended their MULTIVAP sample concentrator product line as a solution.
To ensure customer satisfaction, Organomation offered a risk-free 90-day trial period. The results were remarkable, with Microbac reporting:
"The MULTIVAP has provided a substantial increase in productivity, turning what was a bottleneck in our process to a highly efficient workflow. ... In summary, the MULTIVAP has provided at least a 400% increase in efficiency on the blow down step of our PFAS analysis."
Global Impact and Recognition
Organomation's excellence extends beyond individual customer relationships. The company maintains a network of over 100 distributors worldwide, providing them with extensive support and resources. Green Leaf Scientific, their European distributor, praised Organomation's commitment:
"Our relationship with them encapsulates everything we look for in our business partners. Their relentless willingness to assist us however and whenever possible through open communication, mixed with their unwavering commitment to provide the research community with high-quality and reliable equipment, makes our mission of representing them an absolute pleasure."
This latest recognition adds to Organomation's growing list of accolades, including the SAMPS 2023 Company of the Year award.
