Site visits are very useful in understanding how Organomation instrumentation assists laboratory technicians with current projects. I find it relatively easy to draft blog posts on my visits to laboratories, because frankly, each customer is doing a unique type of analytical testing or investigative research.
We have also been fortunate that several customers have allowed us to tell their story in depth through participating in case studies. In these pieces, we present the customer in a more formalized way by introducing the business, the application (including the sample preparation equipment used) and how Organomation’s units have helped solve a particular problem the laboratory was facing.
Our sales department also works to survey recent purchasers of our equipment to gauge whether we are providing effective customer service. During a 16 month survey period, Organomation earned an average score of 9.8 out of 10 on the question “On a scale of 1-10 how likely are you to recommend Organomation?”
