2025 Year in Review: Building Partnerships & Supporting Labs Worldwide

January 02, 2026 / Sarah Johnson

As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud to say it was a year defined by momentum, collaboration, and a continued focus on the people who matter most — our customers and partners. From expanding our global footprint and strengthening distributor relationships to launching new tools and earning industry recognition, 2025 marked a meaningful step forward for Organomation.

Here’s a closer look at the milestones, moments, and achievements that shaped the year.

Strengthening Our Global Presence Through Strategic Partnerships

In 2025, Organomation expanded its reach and capabilities through several new strategic partnerships that align with our mission to support laboratories with reliable, practical solutions.

We were excited to announce new partnerships with Monterey Automations, Canadawide Scientific, LabRulez, and Labconco. These collaborations allow us to better serve labs through complementary technologies, expanded distribution channels, and shared expertise across analytical, pharmaceutical, and life science applications. Each partnership represents a step toward delivering more integrated solutions and greater value to the global lab community.

Investing in Our Distributor Network

Our distributors play a critical role in how Organomation supports laboratories worldwide, and in 2025 we continued to build on initiatives designed to recognize and empower this community.

Originally launched in 2024, our Distributor Spotlight Series carried strong momentum into 2025, allowing us to continue highlighting the people and organizations behind our global partnerships. Throughout the year, we featured the following distributors, sharing their regional expertise, customer focus, and contributions to the Organomation network:

- PM Separations of Australia
- Sulabsa of Peru
- Phoenix Scientific of Thailand
- Gaia Science of Malaysia
- Prime Scientific of China
- Canadawide Scientific of Canada
- TAISA of Costa Rica

These spotlights offered a behind-the-scenes look at distributor expertise, regional insights, and shared commitment to customer support.

To further strengthen distributor success, we also introduced a new online Resource Hub designed specifically for Organomation distributors. This centralized platform provides easy access to sales tools, technical documentation, marketing resources, and training materials — helping distributors respond faster, work more efficiently, and better support their customers.

Practical Innovation Inspired by Real Lab Needs

In 2025, our approach to innovation remained firmly rooted in real laboratory workflows and day-to-day challenges. By listening closely to customers, distributors, and partners, we focused on developing practical tools, data-driven resources, and flexible programs that help labs operate more efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

A cornerstone initiative this year was our Nitrogen Usage Survey, designed to better understand how laboratories obtain, use, and budget for nitrogen gas. The survey captured insights across a wide range of industries and lab types, revealing trends around cylinder dependency, on-site generation adoption, and rising operational costs. We published these findings in a comprehensive Nitrogen Usage Report, giving lab managers and decision-makers a valuable benchmarking tool to evaluate their own nitrogen strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

To support method development and day-to-day workflow planning, we also introduced a new Evaporation Time Calculator, delivered as a user-friendly Excel tool. Built around key evaporation variables, the calculator helps users estimate solvent removal times more accurately, supporting better scheduling, throughput planning, and process optimization. This tool has become a practical resource for labs looking to improve consistency and efficiency in evaporation workflows.

Accessibility and cost control were also major focus areas in 2025. To help more laboratories transition to on-site nitrogen generation, we launched a NITRO-GEN lease-to-own program. This flexible option allows labs to spread costs over time while gaining long-term independence from nitrogen cylinders, reducing supply disruptions and supporting more predictable operating expenses.

Engaging the Lab Community in Creative Ways

Beyond products and programs, 2025 was a year of meaningful engagement with the laboratory community through initiatives designed to celebrate creativity, experience, and long-standing relationships.

One of the most engaging moments of the year was our Homemade Evaporator Contest, which invited scientists and lab professionals to share creative, resourceful solutions developed in their own labs. The contest highlighted the ingenuity that exists across the scientific community and sparked conversations around problem-solving, method development, and workflow adaptability. It also reinforced the value of understanding how and why labs innovate — insights that continue to influence how we approach product design and educational content.

We also launched the Oldest Organomation Evaporator Contest, a celebration of the durability and longevity of Organomation equipment. Participants shared stories and photos of systems that have remained in daily use for decades, underscoring the long-term value of investing in reliable laboratory equipment. These submissions not only showcased the lifespan of our evaporators, but also highlighted the role they play in long-term research programs and evolving laboratory workflows.

Together, these initiatives created opportunities for connection, storytelling, and shared learning. They allowed us to engage directly with customers, celebrate real-world lab experiences, and highlight the trust that laboratories place in Organomation, often across generations of scientists.

Connecting With Customers Around the World

In 2025, face-to-face engagement remained a priority. Our team visited more than 15 customer laboratories across the United States, gaining firsthand insight into workflows, applications, and challenges. These visits continue to directly inform product development, content creation, and customer support strategies.

We also participated in over 5 trade shows across the world, including:

- ACS Spring/Fall
- ANALYTICA
- Bio Asia
- Lab Asia
- Pittcon

A major highlight was our visit to Prime Scientific in China, where we had the opportunity to strengthen relationships, collaborate in person, and gain a deeper understanding of regional markets and customer needs.

Industry Recognition and Team Achievements

We were honored to receive multiple industry recognitions in 2025, reinforcing our commitment to customer experience and thoughtful marketing.

Organomation was shortlisted and highly commended for Labmate’s 2025 Best Customer Service Award, recognizing our focus on responsiveness, support, and long-term customer relationships.

We were also shortlisted for Marketing Team of the Year by the Life Science Sales and Marketing Awards — a reflection of the collaborative efforts across our organization.

In addition, Sarah Johnson, Marketing Specialist at Organomation, was named 2025 Marketing Professional of the Year by the Life Science Sales and Marketing Awards, an achievement that highlights the strength and impact of our marketing and communication efforts.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026, we’re carrying forward the momentum built throughout 2025 — continuing to invest in partnerships, tools, content, and customer relationships that help laboratories work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

To our customers, distributors, partners, and community: thank you for being part of an incredible year. We look forward to continuing the journey together.
